Payment for Shopping Basket Items

Please use the shopping basket facility where available, this will take you to the paypal payment section when you are ready to make payment.

Payment for Non-Shopping Basket Items

If you have seen something you would like to buy on the website and there isnt a shopping basket facility, please email us using the contact page with the details of the item/s you want and we can send a payment request via paypal, all we need is a valid email address for you, once payment is recieved the items will be sent out, if you are unable to do this payment can be made by cheque please contact us for details on this.

Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 7-14 days. You will be informed within that time if a product is unavailable and you are given the choice of waiting for another item to be made (usually within 5-10 days) or cancelling that item from your order.
As many of items are one-off, if you have seen a specific item you want please contact Ruth on the ‘contact us’ page and she can let you know if it is available, or if she is able to make another of that item.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s to a-handmade-collection.
If you are returning any items, you must inform us by emailing a-handmade-collection@fsmail.net or leaving your reasons for return on the ‘contact us’ page prior to posting.
You should inform us of any returns within 7 days of receiving the goods.
A full refund will be made if the product is defected due to faulty workmanship.
Please allow 14 days for the refund to be made.

P&P costs on your behalf will not be refunded.
